HDReal® is our proprietary, automated image processing technology designed to transform your bracketed exposures into stunning, marketable real estate photos with ease. It's the core of what makes Virtuance images stand out, and now you can harness its power for your own business.
Every image processed by HDReal® is also reviewed by our in-house specialists, guaranteeing it meets our rigorous quality standards. Our proprietary Tagger application software helps us apply the most effective processing workflow by recognizing specific image tags.

What does HIPS do to my images?
Here's what HDReal® automatically does for your images:
Once you click the install button, a ZIP file will begin to download. Inside the Zip file will be a PDF Guide on how to install Tagger as well as link to download the Tagger application.
There is no minimum or maximum number of images you can upload per session.
You can expect to receive all images by 5:00 pm MST the day after they were uploaded to the HDReal® Tagger, except for those uploaded on Saturdays. If you uploaded images on a Saturday, they will be processed and delivered by 5:00 pm MST on the following Monday.
For next-day delivery, image uploads must be completed by 12 PM MST. Once the images are ready, you will receive an email with a link to your completed images.
We do not correct image quality issues in the images, such as sensor spots. We process exactly what you deliver.
To use HIPS, you’ll need to provide credit card information to our customer support team at 1-844-443-7325 after installing our Tagger software. An active credit card is required to receive your HDReal® images.
We’ll bill you monthly for the final merged images you upload, not for individual source files. We’ll email your bill, based on our volume-tiered pricing, at the end of each month.
