Fall in the Rockies is quite a sight to see. From late August through mid-September, the aspen groves scattered throughout the Rocky Mountains begin their quaking process. During quaking, aspen leaves begin to change from green to neon yellow – with some groves transforming into a bright orange or rich red hue.

(Fall is peaking early this year – here’s an updated list on dates and places to see the best colors!)
