Atlanta Realtor Kiana Collins Delivers Quality Service to All Clients

We are thrilled to announce our 2018 Client Success Story Winner: Kiana Collins from Atlanta!

Each year, we ask our clients to share how partnering with Virtuance as their real estate photography vendor helped them reach their yearly goals. Over 400 clients submitted a story and we selected the Top 5 Client Success Stories. We then opened voting to the public.

Kiana’s Success Story:

“Virtuance is a life saver for me because I can easily book online and choose the time frame that works for me. Prior to Virtuance, I was working with local photographers, which came with many scheduling conflicts between them and myself.

Virtuance took photos of one of my listings that was a renovation home. I was nervous about this particular shoot because the renovation wasn’t complete by the time the photographer arrived.

The Client Success Team and Virtuance photographer helped in more ways than I can imagine. They picked the perfect timing for sunlight and the photographer made the room seem larger by shooting from certain angles. The photos were crystal clear. Based on the listing images alone, I received two offers (without a showing) and once we had the open house, I received three more offers resulting in a bidding war.

Virtuance has greatly improved the quality of my brand and has helped me win more listings.”

Kiana received $1,000 in Virtuance Services for winning the 2018 Client Success Story Contest.

When asked how Kiana felt about being this year’s Client Success Story winner, she provided us with the following quote:

Quality means doing it right when no one is looking. – Henry Ford

“I chose this quote becuase I try to do my very best at everything,” she told us. “At least if I miss the mark, I know I gave it my all. When working with clients, my goal is to deliver the best quality-level of service and Virtuance helps me look the part.”

Congratulations, Kiana!
