Green Grass Guarantee is a marketing enhancement that ensures any patchy or dead areas on your client’s lawn is edited to be a vibrant green yard. We’ll also clear away minor yard debris like fallen leaves.
No, this enhancement only applies to exterior images. Therefore we won’t add grass to outdoor spaces visible through windows in interior images.
This enhancement focuses solely on your client’s property and does not include neighboring yards, unless the image is a Community Image/Streetscape shot where the entire area is the subject.
This enhancement doesn’t include adding grass to bare dirt lots, gravel areas, or other non-grass surfaces. If you need this specific type of retouching, it’s available post-publishing for our standard $5/image retouch fee.
