In addition to being passionate about helping real estate professionals excel, everyone at Virtuance shares common values that we think contribute to our success as a team and as individuals.
Support teamwork in work and in life
We know that we are stronger as a team and can accomplish more together than we ever could on our own. We invest in each other’s success, give each other the benefit of the doubt, and connect through genuine interest in one another. We recognize that work is part of life and life is part of work – that’s why we support each other both inside the office and out.
Communicate openly and honestly
We are direct and assertive in communications with our clients, our vendors, and our teammates. We do not blame others for misunderstandings, but rather re-commit ourselves to clearer communications and being understood. We provide candid and honest feedback to one another to support a culture of transparency, and a foundation of trust in all of our relationships.
Be efficient and resourceful
We are committed to improving upon the status quo through greater efficiency and innovation in all our operations. We rise to the occasion by realizing that while we are supported by our team, we are each our own greatest resource.
We work hard to WOW our clients, our vendors, our partners, and each other by anticipating their expectations and deliberately exceeding them, sometimes in ridiculous ways.
Explore and embrace change
We realize that just because we’ve always done something a certain way, doesn’t mean that’s the way it should always be done. If we’re not innovating, we’re stagnating. We don’t change for change’s sake, but we are always exploring and implementing a better way.
Learn and improve
We aren’t afraid of failure as long as we learn, improve, and repeat. Along the way we admit what we don’t know and remain passionate about constantly learning from failures and mistakes.
We check our egos at the door. We simply don’t have time for them. And while we know that our team is made up of incredibly talented people, our success will never be the result of just one person’s contributions.
Be serious and silly
We take our work as seriously as anyone, but we never take ourselves too seriously. We work hard to be silly too – as there’s more to life than the office, and we remember that when we’re there.
Acknowledge excellence and commitment
We work hard to uphold our values and are committed to our mission, but we don’t take those things for granted. We constantly and explicitly acknowledge the virtues that make us successful.
