How soon can Virtuance photograph my property?
We work hard to ensure that we can shoot a property within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. In other words, if you need a property on the market by the weekend, we recommend getting in touch no later than Tuesday to ensure that we can shoot the property and deliver your images to you by Friday evening!
I have a promo code. How do I use it to get a discount online?
As you are placing your order, you will see a place to enter the promo code once you reach the “Confirm Order” Page at the end of the ordering process. Enter the promo code there and you will see your discount applied!
How long will my photoshoot take?
For a 25 Image Package, our photographer will typically be onsite for about 40 minutes. If you order additional images enhancements, these may require additional time onsite. Once your order is scheduled, you’ll receive an email from us that will tell you exactly how long the shoot will take for your specific order.
What is your turnaround time from the time of the shoot?
We guarantee that your photos will be delivered to you via email by 5pm the day after the property was photographed. If you need your images sooner, we do offer a rush service that will get the images to you by 12pm the day after the shoot.
If you haven’t received your images by 5pm the day after the shoot, please get in touch with us immediately to make sure we have the appropriate contact information for you!
Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?
There’s no need for you to be there, but you are invited to come and check out our process. We think it’s pretty cool and you and your clients might be intrigued as well! Being onsite would also give you an opportunity to show the photographer any specific shots you might have in mind. Otherwise we’ll use our best professional judgment and will take the photographs that best market the property.
How should we get the property ready for the shoot?
When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation which will have all of the necessary information to pass along to your homeowner about how to prepare the property for the shoot. We give helpful hints on lighting, kitchen counters, bathrooms, etc. We want the property to look its best just as much as you do! You can also access this property prep checklist in our member services area (you must be logged in to see these resources).
What is your cancellation Policy?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so online by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the upper right corner of the site and then clicking on order history. There you’ll see a list of all of your orders and can click ‘cancel’ next to the one you’d like to cancel. You can also call us at 1-844-4HDREAL (1-844-443-7325) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
Please note that you can cancel or reschedule your shoot no questions asked anytime before 5pm the day prior to the shoot. If you notify us that you’d like to cancel or reschedule your shoot later than 5pm the day before the shoot, then a 15% cancellation fee will apply. These fees compensate our photographers for reserving their time for your shoot.
Do you have a travel charge for properties outside of the your service area?
Virtuance currently serves real estate communities in dozens of cities across the US and we are growing quickly. If we aren’t in your area now, we are excited to be there soon! We do charge reasonable travel fees to shoot properties that are outside of our main service areas (gas isn’t cheap!). Take a look at our service area map in order to determine whether we serve your market and what travel fees apply, if any, to shoot your property. You will always be notified at the time you place your order if a travel fee will apply.
Do you still shoot if the weather is bad?
We will shoot your property no matter what the weather conditions are at the time of the shoot, unless you let us know prior to the scheduled shoot that you would like to reschedule for another day/time.
You are welcome to rescheduling your shoot no questions asked as long as we are notified by 5pm the day before the shoot. If you cancel after that time, our cancellation policy will apply. As such, we recommend checking the weather forecast the day before your shoot to make sure you would like to proceed with the shoot!
I ordered brochures with my photoshoot. How long until they’re ready after my shoot and how will I receive them?
After placing your order for brochures, you will receive an email from us asking for some specific information about your property. Once we receive the brochure information from you via email, we will prepare a proof for your approval by the following business day. Once you have approved the proof your brochures will be printed and shipped within two business days.
