How we get the perfect shot.
Capture and Upload
Within a few hours after our photographers press the shutter, images are uploaded to our HDReal® servers, where they undergo a series of complex algorithmic adjustments.
Correction and Enhancement
Each HDReal® image passes through a series of more than 25 proprietary enhancement and processing algorithms. We use our artificial intelligence to correct for lens distortion, perspective, contrast, saturation, and tonality among other items - all designed to produce images that are proven to get results.

These are great for expressing a sense of what is beyond the home itself and what it's like to live in the surrounding neighborhood. You choose the neighborhood and we provide the images.

Includes up to (5) HDReal photos. These shots capture the subdivision’s amenities such as the clubhouse, tennis courts, pool, and views that allow buyers to envision their lives in the neighborhood!
You can specify any (5) shots you’d like within 1 mile of the property.

Matterport 3D Tours provide a virtual walkthrough of the interior of the home. The exterior of the house is not captured in a Matterport 3D Tour
All Matterport Tours come with 6-months of hosting.
Total square footage includes finished and unfinished space. This helps us ensure that the photographer has enough time to capture the whole space!

Blue Sky Guarantee -
Blue skies and sun make a better impression on home buyers. With this upgrade, we guarantee that at least half of the sky is clear and blue on all exterior shots, regardless of the weather on the day of the shoot! For twilight shoots, with this enhancement we'll guarantee that there is a stunning twilight sky regardless of the sunset that day!
Note: This guarantee applies to all exterior still images, but cannot be added to videos or interior images. Keep in mind that you can only add this enhancement before your shoot is delivered - otherwise retouching fees will apply.

Image Watermarking -
In today's fast paced world, your images are likely to end up on another agent's website through IDX or even on a listing portal with other agents' names right next to your listing. Make sure buyers know that you are the listing agent with this enhancement! We'll send you a second copy of your images that include your logo and headshot so viewers will know to contact you for information about the property. *Note that certain listing portals may not allow watermarked photos.
