Innovative Business Park in Fort Worth Made Entirely of Shipping Containers

Box Office Warehouse in the Alliance-Golden Triangle of Fort Worth is ideal for creatives, designers, developers, and small businesses.

This summer, Box Office Warehouse Suites (BOWS) booked Virtuance for an HDReal® Commercial Shoot. This unique and colorful business park is located in the heart of Forth Worth’s newest design district, which is in close proximity to the Art Walk.

The upcycled shipping containers each have a kitchenette and bathrooms as well as second-story patio space. Creatives and entrepreneurs looking to grow their business can rent out a shipping container office starting at $875 a month.

BOWS is currently home to Happy Bank, Salon and Spa Galleria and The Smith Team, EXP Realty.

Jim Easton, Vice President of RDS Real Estate, is the commercial real estate developer behind BOWS.

We chose Virtuance because they offer a unique combination of expert real estate photographers and proprietary image processing algorithms that produce stunning looking photos,” Easton said in a press release earlier this week. “The new images will be used on Box Office Loft’s blog and Facebook posts, and for media releases.”

He went on to say, “We could not be happier with the work of our Virtuance photographer. The images are beautiful and showcase the property to its best advantage.”

A 2018 eye-tracking study determined that images powered by HDReal® captured buyer attention faster and held visual attention longer than any other photography solution. Easton knows that Virtuance’s HDReal® images will result in more exposure, more showings and and increase in lease/rental contracts.
