About the Program

Help us restore US-based forests that have suffered from wildfires and floods by using our Flex Scheduling system!  We’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to help us plant a tree every time a shoot is scheduled using flex scheduling.

What is Flex Scheduling?

Flex scheduling allows us to increase service availability and deliver images faster by optimizing photographer schedules. This process also reduces the driving time for our photographers, which lowers Virtuance’s fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Instead of picking a specific date and time for your photoshoot, you choose a date range for the shoot, and we promise it will take place inside that range. On the evening before your shoot, we'll send you an email letting you know when our photographer will arrive.

Flex Scheduling

How to Get Started

It's easy to use Flex Scheduling!

Simply select "I'm flexible" when you reach the scheduling section, enter the date range you want your shoot to take place, and we'll take care of the rest.

"It's a beautiful thing when we can build technology that provides our customers value, saves time, and reduces our environmental impact! With flex scheduling, we've done exactly that! We're thrilled to pay it back by further benefiting the environment with a tree planted for each flex scheduled shoot! "
